About the Merge Apprenticeship Program

The Merge Apprenticeship Training Program builds a direct bridge between young adults who are ready to work and employers who need reliable entry-level talent in the trades. We focus on underserved young adults (ages 18–28), including system-impacted individuals and transitioning foster youth, and connect them to real pathways in high-demand fields.

Participants earn industry-recognized training and hands-on experience in trades such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, General Construction, and Solar Installation. Over a 160-hour program period, they gain both classroom and hands-on skills, with compensation and transportation support that help ensure equitable access and strong retention.
